Melograno
The name Melograno (pomegranate) came to us years ago during a walk through the vineyards: vines that were very old, beguiling and beautiful, imparting a great aromatic intensity and concentration in colour to the grapes first and later to the wine.
Its ruby red colour sparkles with light.
The aromatic profile is clear-cut, intriguing, lively and expressive: red wild berries, black cherry and pepper as well as hints of the aromatic herbs found in the vineyards.
Rhythm and freshness. Instinctively easy to enjoy.
Grape varieties: Syrah and a small percentage of old native varieties.
